Cancellation of bookings can be done either through the User’s login in the trippr’s website or mobile application, or by calling on the customer care number. man.

BOOK NOW PAY LATER: Under this option the User has to pay certain part of the booking amount specified at the time of booking / in the booking confirmation voucher to trippr and the balance to the vehicle operator at the start or end of the trip.

Expenses like toll charges, permit charges, parking charges, entry fees, Service Tax & any other Government Tax as per Government guidelines are to be borne by the User and paid directly to the driver.
The excess Driver Bata wherever applicable has to be paid directly to the driver.
The bus operator shall solely be liable for compliance of all laws including but not limited to the Motor Vehicle Act its Rules, applicable regulations, guidelines or directions enacted or issued by the Central Government or relevant State Governments. Any prosecution arising out of the contravention of such laws, rules, regulations, guidelines including directives on fare control from respective RTO’s or directions including but not limited to fines or penalties shall be borne by the bus operator. The User agrees to take up any grievance resulting from cancellation or any deficiency in services due to any action of the enforcement agencies arising with the bus operator.
Payment Policy
Pricing - Vehicle rentals pricing varies from seater types and vehicle required by the customer 4 Seater Sedan starts and Rs.10 per km goes upto Rs.12 per.
Similarly the price range for rentals starts at Rs.10 per km goes up until Rs.75 per km for a 49 Seater Volvo Bus.
Driver Bata starts at Rs.350 and goes upto Rs.1000 basis the kind of vehicle rented by the customer

SUV Rentals - Renting a SUV can be for Local, Outstation or Wedding purposes. Price Starts from Rs.15 can go upto Rs.4500
Tempo Traveller Rentals - Renting a TT can be for Local, Outstation or Wedding purposes. Price Starts from Rs.16 can go upto Rs.5000
Coach Rentals - Renting a Coach can be for Local, Outstation or Wedding purposes. Various Seater Types from 20 seater coach to a 49 seater coach . Price Starts from Rs.20 can go upto Rs.10000 basis usage

Terms & Condition
Trippr is only a facilitator and any refund for any service(s) which are not delivered by the service provider /Independent Contractors or for any reason for which the User is entitled for a refund is subject to trippr. receiving the amount from the said service provider. User acknowledges that redBus shall not be held liable for any delay in refund or non-refund of the amount from the respective service provider or Independent Contractors of trippr. In such events the User shall directly approach the service provider for any claims.
In the event of any delay in the refund beyond the period specified herein, the entire liability of trippr. shall be refund of the said amount with interest calculated at the applicable bank rate till the date the refund is made.
