Trippr. only acts as a platform that helps prospect travellers connect with the vehicle operators to rent the vehicle as per desired route request.

Trippr. has empaneled vehicle operators who fulfil the requirements of the customers.

Trippr. does not offer transportation services or operate any vehicle for the customer. It also does not play the role of an agent of any vehicle/operator in the process of providing platform services.

Trippr. does not control information such as amenities, fares, routes, schedule, vehicle type or any other details that relates to the transportation service provided by the vehicle operator.

Limitation of Liability of Trippr.

Under no circumstances can Trippr.be held liable for any failure on fulfilment of any service from the vehicle operator.

On time arrival and departure of the vehicle.

The Chauffeur/drivers code of conduct/uniform.

In case of vehicle quality issues.

Denial of trip by vehicle operator due to unforeseen reasons.

Theft and Damage of customers valuables.
